Pros
The work schedule is decent
Cons
Bait and switch, the initial job that was posted stated it was for a Fraud Specialist Call Center --Outbound Remote. Once you are in training they inform you this is an inbound call center job. The training really is not that great. The management team once you leave training is terrible. The management teams play favorites with people. When you ask management a question about something, you always get a different answer. Nothing is ever consistent. The equipment that they provide you with for WFH is absolutely the worst crap I have ever seen. They send used headsets, and the Lenovo Think Centre M Series is junk. The software that they use takes forever to load and you have to boot everything up at least 30 minutes before your shift in order to be on time. During your shift the systems freeze up all the time, they also time out every five minutes and the Avaya phone drops calls left and right. Much needed improvement in all areas of this company is needed. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
