    Pros

    Great team, culture, pay, perks, development opportunities

    Cons

    Work/Life is good but limited holidays though we do have unlimited PTO.. we work hard and are given the comfort to disconnect but with the steep growth we're experiencing its like working for a start up under a large company umbrella.. no rest for the weary..

    Pros

    The culture is absolutely fantastic, the leadership is great, and the product truly is a world-changing, industry leading platform that I sincerely believed every one of my customers should be using.

    Cons

    The acquisition by Salesforce significantly changed things, and in particular the role I was working which led me to leave.

    Pros

    We have some of the best leadership, mostly those coming from Tableau (not Salesforce...sorry SF). The leadership of Tableau is the BEST and I have had a lot of managers in my life. The SF acquisition is still shaking out, and their values and how they treat employees is not the same as the amazing Tableau leadership. I am m not saying everyone is perfect by no means, there are some Tableau SE Managers that I wonder how they got there....but the majority are AMAZING. I love this company

    Cons

    They are losing a lot of people because of PAY. Pay your people more and they wont leave. We do the work, we give results, and we should be paid. You will pay more in training, attrition, paying out benefits than just paying people what they deserve
