I have been working at Taco Bell full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedules, great pay, this is a good way to gain experience, very easy to move up.

    Cons

Lots of drama, there are unreasonable expectations, some of the types of people who apply for fast food are idiots.

  2. "Good, family atmosphere"

I worked at Taco Bell part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is willing to be your friend. Most people are around their 20-30's and it makes for having a good time while staying productive.
Quarterly raises were nice as well because making minimum wage doesn't pay the bills and we all could use extra spending money as well.
Their promotional t-shirts are also a nice touch because you get to wear them instead of the uniform.

    Cons

Uniforms are dreadful and upsetting. They are also abnormally tight around the waist.
Management can get very bossy to the point that a worker could explode.
They usually don't employ more than 2-3 employees as full time, so there is little room for improvement. You need to stay there for a long time in order to get more hours.

    Advice to Management

Be more forgiving to your new hires. At the restaurant I worked at, we turned over 3-4 workers in a 3 month period. All new hires and it was due to the attitude of a member of senior management. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
