Flexible schedule if you put your foot down
Cons
- Abysmal pay. While other fast food places are paying up to $17 for cooks, Taco Bell pays their shift leaders a maximum of $13-$15 an hour depending on your regional location. Night shift workers get no pay benefits despite Taco Bells located outside major city areas being open far longer than 90% of other restaurants in that specific town. I've worked at 8 different Taco Bells in multiple positions and locations around the northern/central Kentucky area and this applies to all of them. - Favoritism among management. There is a significant pay increase once an employee has reached the position of RGM (Regional General Manager), but the catch is that in the 5 areas I've worked in, the position was only considered to those that the RGM considered friends regardless of their store's numbers per period. Because of this, General Managers will "suck up" for lack of a better word. Not only personally, but at the expense of the shift leaders and team members working under those GMs

Cons
Favoritism is awful They endorse employees stealing other peoples property and trashing it at this location They endorse bad behavior and act oblivious when you call them out Work way past your scheduled time even if you are not a closerr they will write you up if you dont stay till close even though they wrote for ex: 4:00pm-10:30pm closing would be at 1am. Constantly changing schedule They will be Calling on your days off They will try to rush you into management then threaten to fire you over something small The regional manager does not care about your problems unless youre an absolute favorite or been working there for YEARS!
