    Pros

    Coworkers are like a family, we're all in it together, one big team
    Lots of opportunity for advancement.
    Plenty of regular customers.
    free fountain drinks

    Cons

    Its fast food
    too much pressure to work faster
    everyone runs around like chickens with their heads cut off, just trying to please the boss
    no steady schedule

    Advice to Management

    Relax!!! Ask employees for their input and ideas.

    Training leaves a lot to be desired, pretty much put out there to sink or swim on your own. Most feedback is negative.

    Cons

    Long hours, rarely get time off. no ongoing training, no support from upper managementstandards are set to unreachable levels which effect bonus potential
