    Pros

It gives you a fexible schudle and you have the chance to advance in the company as long as you work hard and show that you are willing to try

    Cons

the downside is that it never closes and it kind of hard to get all of the cleaning and everything finished while people are still ordereding food

    Advice to Management

i think that they need to tighten the reigns on the employees because so are working hard while others are slacking causing the whole machine to fall apart

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Free food, you get paid every friday, I just can't think of anything else. the employees get vacation after one year.

    Cons

the micro mngmnt is unreal. all they want is to get the cars moving fast in drive thru, upper mangmnt doesn't know what they are doing. don't count on vacation most employees lose it. they make a lot of promises but they don't keep them.

    Advice to Management

let the managers run the store not to be puppets of the district managers. Don't keep employees just because your turn over % is high. Pay employees more than minimum wage. nobody likes their job at Taco Cabana.
