    Pros

The people. As smart and as motivating as they come in this industry. It has been a pleasure to meet so many great individuals at Takeda, and how they value work life balance and career growth is tremendous.

    Cons

None really that I can thing of, outside of living in Boston is expensive. But its the best place in the country to live so you need to take the good with the bad.

    Pros

    Can't really think of any

    Cons

    * Say 1 thing, do another * Put up signs and send out memorandum about openness, engagement, dialogue and diversity - if they have to advertise it - they don't have it. Fire people who deliver a message other than that which they want * Management does not support in maintenance that impacts production * They decided to skip annual and go to biannual shutdowns because of COVID. After that they decided to go to 3 years shut down cycle. They can't figure out why a 6-year-old plan has all these failures. * Management take profesional input as a personal slight. * Believe compliance with building code is optional. * Management trusts no one. Professionals need to do only what they are told. * Survey quarterly trying to get employees to vote them the best place to work. Then complain when they get the results. Resurvey and ask [employees to be more honest and point out if they are trying to get back at their supervisor. they are only hurting themselves. * In their ethnic diversity they are disproportionate. You'd have to believe that the area was 50% Puerto Rican to believe they were diverse. * Work on a premise of "dumbing down" - doing the right thing is too complex. * Looking for an easy button is the norm of management. It is easier to fire people than resolve underlying issues. * If you stay, you will learn to not care about what is right, tolerate discrimination based on race, age, and ethnic origin. You will be assimilated.
