Pros

The company has a modern mentality and an innovative product. It's great to talk to clients and hear non-stop positive feedback. The leadership within the company is hard working, and involved. Staff is well supported, and everyone is working towards the same goal. Every employee is empowered and trusted to execute on their role, without any micro management. Making the decision to work for TalentNet is one of the best I've ever made!

Cons

TalentNet is a young and growing company, in my perspective any con presents an opportunity to jump in and contribute to the organization's overall success.
