Pros
The only real pros about Talento are the hybrid schedule and the great people in the office. They love creating events to distract from the disaster they really have going on, but it benefits the employees like a bandaid.
Cons
Management is awful, sisters fighting like toddlers at all times, the CEO is a giant toddler himself who doesn’t know how to run a company for his life, or engage with his employees beyond surface level. It’s all lavish trips and turning his head to real issues. Everything at this company revolves around drama, and stabbing people in the back. I would steer clear from this company, as it is draining and they refuse to see it.
