    Pros

    Guaranteed booking and an work environment without a boss :) kids are great! Flexible working hours

    Cons

    Low salary ( 8 USD for 50 min ) and extremely high penalties if you miss a class ( 60 USD )

    They are really communicative with the teacher and are always training the teachers in group settings

    Cons

    Unfortunately the pay isn’t enough , unless you live in Vietnam or philippines
