      - Competitive Salary and Great Benefits - Open company structure, great bosses, and plenty of opportunity for promotion - Cool events and Company Parties - Everyone interested in company success and a great team environment - Flex Hours

      Cons

      - Hiring process a bit slow - Some night work, but flex hours make this much more tolerable - Office building leaves something to be desired

      Pros

      Great vibes, really enjoyed my time there. Felt very included as part of the team and participated in real work.

      Cons

      Management does not necessarily understand what they want leading to lots of confusion in terms of requirements for projects, but this is pretty typical throughout industry. Very frontend heavy work.
