Pros

-This company hires truly good, hard-working, and caring people. They do a great job hiring to create a positive culture and environment. -In the project management department, there is tremendous room for growth, skill development, and resume building opportunities. In my experience, upper management was extremely supportive and encouraging in helping me develop and reach my professional goals. -This company also allows a lot of room for initiatives and are generally open to ideas for improvement when it comes to internal and external processes as well as efficiencies that can be gained. -Flexibility with job roles - lateral movement to a different department is not out of the question. Also, creation of new positions are possible. -Quarterly outings and periodic fun celebrations (such as monthly birthday celebrations with accompanying treats) during work hours are nice to break up the work days! -The owners are ambitious and resilient and I believe they will be able to adapt well to future/changing markets.

Cons

-The majority of the employees are younger/recent college graduates with less professional experience. (This is great because everyone is hard working and smart, but would be nice to have a more even mix of employees with more professional experience to balance.) -Heavy work load & can be stressful, but not unreasonable for SF. -Difficult to live without roommates (or raise a family) in SF on the salaries provided. Would need additional side incomes to support yourself comfortably living in SF. If not living in the City, can do alright, but then you have a long commute. Many employees lived on the Peninsula which was more reasonable for commuting and cost of living.
