    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Salary and 401K plan was fairly competitive for retailers. So many different things to deal with as an Executive with the balance of task and development that it prepares you for multivariate situations outside of retail. Consider it a boot camp for the work force.

    Cons

No work life balance--working every other weekend, around EVERY holiday, and *extremely* long hours (10 hours a day minimum, often times 12-14 for me) tons of office politics, slander/gossip, inadequate training, lack of recognition, overall disrespect by direct supervisor

    Advice to Management

There are very few leaders at the District level. Every motive is a move to get to progress to the next level-so with that understood, my advice would be for the Group/Corporate to be more involved at the store level. Sadly, there is such a long standing system of kissing up and manipulation that a large overhaul is needed.
