I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Friendly staff and Team Leaders, Fast paced environment, Flexible hours.

Cons

During slow times of the year (Non-holiday times) hours can be cut. Short amount of time, especially during night shifts, to get everything done with an overwhelming amount to finish.

I worked at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fun environment to work in, especially because the team is relatively small. The work is easy enough, and it's quick to get the hang of. Each night varies bit by bit, so it's not completely monotonous. I liked being able to put in an ear bud and do my work, and do it quickly. There were also several opportunities where I was allowed to clock in overtime to get whatever that was needed done, done. The best part was truly my co-workers, but astonishingly, I also had quite a bit of fun doing the tasks as well.

    Cons

Supervisors, or "Team Leads" seemed to be all over the place and never agreed with each other on what needed to be done or how it should be done. It made for some chaotic and confusing nights. There were times when it could be a frustrating work place because of team members slowing the workflow down and the blame being placed on everyone. It's a graveyard shift, so the life/work adjustment can be difficult, but overall though, positive experience.
