I worked at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Usually poeple you working with are fun, and very free to interact with customers as you wish. The job is also not very challenging if that is what you are looking for.

    Cons

Does not pay very well at all. Also for the work to pay ratio is very high.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees more and pay them what they are worth. Also look at every job for what its worth and do not assign anything to anyone that is impossible to accomplish

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Target part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There was a sense of camaraderie among those of us who were at the bottom of the food chain, and there is ample room for moving up in the company and becoming a manager.

    Cons

Aside from being on your feet all day and being yelled at by customers, your day-to-day job satisfaction depends mainly on the dispositions of your bosses and co-workers. If you have a good boss, count yourself lucky!

    Advice to Management

Teach your managers to listen to their employees!
