I have been working at Target full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Target focuses on leadership development and always helps you become a stronger leader. As an Executive Team Leader you can make great money at a young age. There are so many ways you can grow and do more. Target is a great company who cares about the community and the team it employs. There are so many things that happen behind the scenes that would amaze you on how they take care of their team members. Great company to work for.

Cons

Be prepared to work hard. Days can be long and your holidays are pretty much non existant but the pay off can be great.

I worked at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you have graduated elementary school, you will find the job to be extremely easy. Management is open to questions.

    Cons

Over the summer, the shifts were minimal and far between. But the second the school year started, it was a 40+ hour work week. And when I needed to change my work schedule so that I could attend classes, they refused to budge.

    Advice to Management

I know back to school is a tough time of year, but you need to work on scheduling.

I have been working at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Relaxing environment.
-Almost everyone gets along and has fun.
    -Steady hours.

    Cons

    -So much favoritism.
    -A few rude coworkers.

    Advice to Management

Watch your cameras more often on someone before just letting anyone step up in a job. And make sure your brand team members are actually doing work instead of cutting up and not doing anything at all. It does not take 3 weeks to do an adjacency in infants. And a wave zone does not work in Softlines on the weekends.
