I worked at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Was a good foot in the door for cell phone sales.

    Cons

Poor advertising by the company made selling very difficult as people had no idea that they could buy cell phones at Target. Pay was not terrific, either.

    Advice to Management

If you really want to make it work, you need to advertise.

I have been working at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They leave you alone most of the time to do your own thing. You can mess around all you want when no one is bothering you.

    Cons

lower level managers with authority are lazy and only are there to dictate and direct.

    Advice to Management

    Be more hands on.
