    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Target full-time

    Pros

    Decent starting salary. Decent benefits.

    Cons

That's about as high as you get unless you promote...raises suck. Bonuses are a joke. Reviews are based upon the whim of your supervisor, and not the objective system that is supposed to be in place. Work life balance blows.

    Advice to Management

It might be time to remember that Target is a business, not a leadership academy. The company needs some leaders who actually know what they are doing, and not leaning on the few people left below them with the knowledge of how to actually do a job.
