I have been working at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You meet a lot of great people and you have the opportunity to learn a lot!!

    Cons

It is hard to move up in the company if you do not have the right look. Even if you do move up, once you stop performing and giving up your life for them, they try to force you out either by firing you or making your time there unbearable. Extremely high turn over rate and little to no work life balance. The pay could be a lot better and they expect a lot out of you for what you are making. I would only work here if I absolutely gad to and had no other options. Management pretends to care about you and then turn around and write you up for dumb stuff. They play favorites and keep a lot of drama going. I HATE working here and I am just waiting until I find anything else!!

    Advice to Management

Invest in your staff and give more payroll. Increase the number of employees you have doing a job, because it gets to be overwhelming to the point that it feels like you are drowning and your supervisors do not care.
