I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

Pros

i worked to help customer understand the different type of technology
and gadgets they are purchasing and how it will help them.
you get to work overtime.
you get flexibility and can change your schedule to meet school needs.
you get to organized items in the right department at night time.
you get a good pay at night such as 11 dollars an hour depending on your experience
and how long you've been there.
Normal pay is 9 dollars an hour for anyone to start.

Cons

make sure that you have connection with someone that works there
otherwise they might not call you for second interview.

Advice to Management

management was very nice to others and very organized to help associate find where they should work.

I worked at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Although the starting salary isn't great for a recent grad (45,000 is generally the offer straight out of college in my area), intelligence, ambition and hard work are rewarded with very fast career and financial advancement.

    Cons

Rather ruthless treatment of employees. Those who don't perform are pushed out quickly, and if they work for you you'd better be ready to do the pushing.

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Young company
Downtown Minneapolis location is excellent for food, entertainment, gyms, socializing, shopping, etc.
Vacation time is always allowed to be taken.

    Cons

Your development and ability to succeed almost solely lies in your manager. I've experienced this distinctly in both roles I've had. If your manager doesn't have time to help with your development it's extremely difficult to move out of a non-exempt (hourly) position.

If you're not living and breathing the culture it's noticed and will work against you. Must sign on 100%.

Workload and expectations are extremely high and often unachievable.
