I worked at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

There is a great opportunity for career growth. There also many options if you get bored with what you are doing and want a change.

Cons

If you are working on the store side, you will be working a lot of weekends. Also, during the holiday season (Nov-Jan) you may have to work 60-75 hour weeks with no change in pay.

I have been working at Target part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The team members are friendly, The etl and the stl could be more in tone with the lower end of the company.

    Cons

I dont know who made up the rules for opening cartons and boxes in a minute and putting the product on the shelve. They need to send people out to see the process, and how it works. Too much pressure on employees. No o/t at our store ever.

    Advice to Management

Try to interact with all the employees.
