I worked at Target as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

The ETL's were very hands-on in helping you navigate and learn through the internship. You also had complete ownership of your individual project on improving an aspect of store operations.

Cons

Limited capacity and time to carry out a significant project

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I suppose they're flexible enough. If I need a day off, they're pretty cool about approving it. They've worked with my school schedule, but that's not that hard considering...

    Cons

...the hours are awful. Everything other than the flexibility is terrible. Upper management, especially. And, as I said in the title, the pay is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate!
