I worked at Target full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pay, Flexibility, Hours and Learning Programs

    Cons

Job description was not accurate. Frustrating at times.

    Advice to Management

Hire a separate employee to re-shop and front products. If an employee is hired in the technology department and is also in charge of mobile tech they should not have to be spending long periods of time fronting and fixing the toy and seasonal isle.

I have been working at Target part-time

    Cons

Speed is life. That is plastered across the walls of the backroom, and of the three major retailers I've worked, Target keeps the fastest pacing. It's either a con or a pro, to be honest with you. Flow Team Members stay on flow team because they prefer the faster work pace, myself included. Many won't, and I see people try to get to another department often. Work schedule. It's a grocery store, and you might know what...

    Advice to Management

Management! Again, I've worked at three separate retailers, and of them, Target is the best. Publix, bless them, has wonderful management but many are lazy. Not at Target. Target management is supportive, involved, and very capable in their own right. I've never had a problem with any of my leadership and I suspect that trend will continue, so my only advice is to keep on keeping on.
