I worked at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Target provides great benefits for their employees. The management was very receptive to any potential issues I had.

    Cons

I did not notice many cons to working for Target. The biggest issue I had with working there was the fact that I was only doing a 10-week internship.

    Pros

    - Competitive pay
    - Leaders are willing to look at all aspects of a situation before making a decision

    Cons

    - Promote people way too fast and not ready for their role!
    - Holidays are just about gone due to wanting more money
    - No payroll or hands to do tasks. Leaders are expected to be on the floor doing tasks but then held accountable for not getting leadership things done.
    - Talent management is only done when ready to promote otherwise poor performers are left forever.
