I worked at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Team oriented atmosphere. Working as a team increases relationships between employees.

    Cons

-Pay and pay increases are ridiculous.
-I was given an excellent review, but I watched others who do more for the store everyday than a lot of the leaders get terrible ones.
-Leadership isn't well managed. Too many times have I watched them "shopping" and goofing off during their "leadership walk" while the rest of us work and get coached for talking.
-Far to often team members are given many more responsibilities without seeing any increase in pay.
-As a team member, no opportunity for full-time
    -No overtime

    Advice to Management

If you invest more money, time and effort into the satisfaction and happiness of your Team Members, you will see a significant decrease in your turnover rate and an increase in your overall satisfaction in guest service. Happy employees equal happy customers. Look at Costco.
