    I worked at Target full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The salary was great, and there are so many opportunities to learn and grow.

    Cons

    They say work-life balance is important, but their definition of work-life balance is different than most. Target comes first. If you're salary be prepared to miss out on a lot of family life. Sacrifice your evenings, checking email on your days off. It's all expected of you but not in the job description. If you're the first one to leave you're deemed as lazy. Even if you've worked your full 10 hour shift (yep 5 10 hour days a week is still not enough for them.)
