I worked at Target full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Target's employee structure is very team-oriented. More big companies should do this because it fosters a sense of community and belonging -- it really does become a family, as cliche as that sounds. I was so sad to leave my Target family behind to move for school, I always thought of going back!

    Cons

Honestly, I wish the employee discount was a bit more. We only get 10% plus the 5% from the Red Card. I know other retailers often give up to 40% off, and I would've shopped in my own store much more if the discount was higher...
