I have been working at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

team members are great in the two store I worked in, projects can be fun if you are left to actually be a manager

Cons

ETLs are consistently lazy fresh college graduates who have no work ethic and are consistently turned over every year to keep pay low, internal promotions dont happen and when they do you are paid far less than external hires terrible company to work for

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    pay
    potential growth
    relocation options
there are not many pros to this company anymore, it is steadily becoming worse and treating their managers and employees with no respect

    Cons

    no work life balance
    long hours (18 hour days)
    potential growth
cutting resources/ hours, but the company expects more work to be accomplished

    Advice to Management

Promote employees off of hard work and achievements not off of race, age, or gender because you need a diverse work force. Allow your managers to have a work life balance and maybe they will work harder because they are happier and not burnt out.
