I worked at Target part-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Great 401k, Most Team Leaders Co-operative,Benefits ok

Cons

Flow Team may be sent home as ETLs (managers) and other employees stock shelves.Paying high salary managers to perform minimum wage yasks 10-15 hours/week indicates too many ETLs.
Bar is raised constantly to perforn tasks more quickly.
Management push for new Red Cards is daily.

Advice to Management

Remember that your most valuable asset is your (happy) employees; not the price of your stock.
