    Pros

Nice people( senior management & coworkers)

    Cons

Low hourly pay for a very successful business . For example: Lowes pays about $2.00 more per hour and the workers that I've talked to are happy there.

    Advice to Management

The ASSOCIATES you work with will treat you well.

No true recognition for hard work.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with respect.
    Take criticism.
Do not take out frustration on associates because you feel that you can.
Schedule enough people to meet the demands of business.
Realize the being a supervisor, team lead, or manager doesn't make you superior to anyone.
Survey scores do not represent the hard work of the individual.
    Vibe is useless.
Shout outs over the walkies for a job well done is not true recognition.
