    Cons

Well if you are an student who is trying to make some extra cash go for it , but if you have a real life I find very hard to live with a salary like this ... You won't reach the end of the month but it might be a good former job .

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the team members you meet are amazing!

Normally they're flexible with educational scheduling

Suited for young adults, I'd definitely not make a career out of this.

    Cons

Pay, you can't live off of their slightly above minimum wage rate.

Inexperienced leadership (in my store) we had an 18 year as our front-end manager. Dramatic high school issues, the only thing productive she did was take snapchats behind Guest Service.

Target uses the typical carrot on a stick routine. Promises, promises, no results.

    Advice to Management

    Get a clue.
