I worked at Target part-time (More than a year)

Pros

-Competitive pay for high school/ college students
-Fun and comfortable environment
-Hard working employees
-Fast-paced

Cons

-Understaffed at times, which limited what we were able to get done.
-If you don't like the fast-paced work environment, not for you.
-Sometimes dealing with rude customers.

Advice to Management

Really no complaints other than occasionally being understaffed on weekends.

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Personal growth, career starter, opportunities to advance, experience, pay. It's a great company to start out with as long as your not fooled by golden handcuffs. They pay very well, but expect your unquestioning obiedence in return

    Cons

Work life balance and immaturity of peers and team members. Nights and weekends are a must and 50 hours a week is often a minimum rather than the standard.

    Advice to Management

Get back to a focus on team
