I have been working at Target full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

Target has great potential. I was fortunate enough to join the company back in 2005 when it was run by experienced retail career professionals. The culture back then was excellent and I was made to feel like I was a valued team player.

I worked at Target part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Thouroughly enjoyed working here. The staff was very friendly and I got a long well. Work is standard for a barista.

    Cons

Difficult customers who do not like to wait but also do not recognize how little staff we have. Often there is long lines and many people to attend to while simultaneously restocking and cleaning equiptment.
