    Pros

    Target is a place with a lot growth oppurtunities, they higher very diversly and from my experience good people. The leadership is encouraging. The store is always clean for employees and guests and a safe workplace is number one priority.

    Cons

    Although I am told when I am doing a good job I am not told about certain aspects of what i do that isnt so good. I would like to know what I could and should improve on so I can growa as an employee.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be afraid to get down and dirty with your team, and lead by example like your doing

    Pros

    The environment, salary, benefits all encompass a decent package for employees.

    Cons

    Promotions could be better decided upon, and recruiting could establish more of an educational and experienced based preference.

    The leadership could further promote a better working environment by being more open to new standards.
