I worked at Target for less than a year

    Pros

10 week crash course thats extremely fast paced and paid really well for an intern. learned a ton and was compensated well. Leadership roles are pushed and you are always being challenged. A lot of hard to work but they really do make you a new person in 10 weeks. Ended up landing a job for after college graduation with a bonus for being an intern.

    Cons

Because of all the roles you fill the hours arn't for everyone. 1 consistent day off a week, usually a Tuesday or Thursday. and then every other weekend off. Location of the internship/ job after is picked for you. Put down your top 3 and hope for the best.
