Pros

Great People and they are very nice

Cons

Can't get the weekend off and the Pays SUCKS!! Work there for three years and I'm still stuck in the rage of $8

Advice to Management

Don't work there too long because it's not worth staying if you are still getting paid in the range of $8.00.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pretty laid back behind the scenes. Easy, repetitive, not really boring because there is always something you could be doing. Co-workers are very diverse

    Cons

People that have worked there for a long time are sometimes disrespectful. Lack of communication in on the job training. Had three separate "Handlers" throughout training.

    Advice to Management

Fix the ladders in the back room. Have more supervision on employees that have actually been there a while and have figured out how to get out of work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Pay was great and benefits were top notch. They keep their stores clean and provide a good breakroom so you can eat in peace.

    Cons

Once you age or make good money, they find a way to replace you with someone younger and who will work for less wages. It's their way of expense control. No careers here. Look around once you are hired and watch people disappear. Happened to me personally and after 6 years I was the senior ETL in the cleveland area. Then they got rid of DM's and STL's lasted about 14 months before they replace them. Many friends were damaged by this company's attempt to lower expenses. If you get a job, get all the training you can so you are ready when they TARGET you!

    Advice to Management

Remember with age comes experience. Look at your turnover and what the real cost of losing seasoned experience has cost you.
