For me its because Task Us provides and prioritize good benefits , healthy workplace and for me the best company that I experienced.

Pros

Best reasons to work here in Taskus? No other than that benefits, because of the goof benefits to the employee, because by that thing what employee need most is the benefits, not their self but to benefit even their immediate family, because of the health benefit and also the scholarship to their children. And also Taskus has a good management that people or employee need most, like me, because the management has consideration to their employee of TaskUs and I saw that this company has a mission or vision to continue the good company and management what they have.

Cons

I don't see any downside here in TaskUs, maybe because I'm a new hire and didn't find any wrong about the management nor the company.
