The new building is colorful.

As mentioned, this company suffers from extremely poor leadership. The owners were handed the company from their parents and it shows. They are very trigger happy with their money except when it comes to paying their employees (the CEO has been buying up mansions in downtown Augusta). If you get an interview, ALWAYS negotiate. If they took the time to get you in for an interview, they most likely do not have another candidate and you need to negotiate while the ball is in your court. Also, most of the positive reviews on this page were contrived. Look at the dates, they are all the same day!

Awesome company paid vacation micro managing

Cons

Hostile work environment. They do not want seasonal employees so they will integrate more and more toward ai to do human jobs.
