      Pros

The culture at TDX is one of the best I've experienced. My coworkers are helpful and friendly. The remote work environment likely helps with this, but office politics are minimal, if they exist at all. My favorite is the emphasis on work-life balance. If a project is at risk, the solution is not to pour more hours into it, but to evaluate and change the scope, add more people and/or change the target date. That said, people take pride in their work and will work hard to meet goals. Senior management values the employees. Regular company meetings are held to review company financial information and what is happening within the company. They regularly ask via anonymous polls how we are doing, what we think and they act on the feedback. They also do things such as adding in extra paid days off or sending everyone a box of cookies or a mug or something.

      Cons

I don't really have a negative. The only thing that comes to mind is it can be difficult to move between our engineering teams. Personally, this has not been an issue. There is always interesting work to do and always the opportunity to stretch into new technologies.

        Cons

Not necessarily a con, but as the company is experiencing tremendous growth things can get very busy which is something that every organization goes through.

          Pros

Some great skills that can take you in your career. A place to network and be a part of some new innovative ideas. Culture and Sr leadership are really good, and want to make it a good place to work. It has a small company vibe and flexible to work with your day to day.

          Cons

It’s a remote first company and can feel siloed. Still living in a Covid setup with vaccination requirements for in person meetings. That may change in time like many other things from 2020. The dept management style is not one of helping you obtain or start a career path, but one of get your work done and keep doing what you’re doing. Minimal direction on that front unfortunately. That comes from lack of leadership experience. Can feel overwhelming from the work and hard to disconnect.

I've completed an initial phone screening interview, followed by a 2-hour interview with the Department VP. Next in the process are three separate 90-minute peer interviews. Is there a possibility of another interview after the peer interviews, or should I anticipate receiving an offer?
