There are so many opportunities to gain professional skills as an intern at TDX. The people are wonderful and are always willing to provide guidance when needed. Love the flexible, WFH culture.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any negative experiences that I have had with TDX.

Pros
Some great skills that can take you in your career. A place to network and be a part of some new innovative ideas. Culture and Sr leadership are really good, and want to make it a good place to work. It has a small company vibe and flexible to work with your day to day.
Cons
It’s a remote first company and can feel siloed. Still living in a Covid setup with vaccination requirements for in person meetings. That may change in time like many other things from 2020. The dept management style is not one of helping you obtain or start a career path, but one of get your work done and keep doing what you’re doing. Minimal direction on that front unfortunately. That comes from lack of leadership experience. Can feel overwhelming from the work and hard to disconnect.
