      Pros

      No any from management team till 3 years But I can say that I learned many things in different projects and have chance to handle multiple clients of India.

      Cons

      Salary and increment is on time but for the salary arrears all my emails was ignored. When you make a mistake or any delay in the tasks, they will scold rudely and treat you like a labour but such delays and ignorance from their end is OK, Hahahahha.... Never appreciate your work, they will only remember your mistakes and will use this mistakes to reject your expected increment during the appraisal meetings every time. So everything is one-sided here
