The positive atmosphere when working alongside fellow coworkers, the ability to discuss concerns and improvement opportunities, and the relationships we have built with our clients.

The way that the tickets are printed, scanned, and then batched and then printed and scanned again before being sent to the client could be improved. The quality of the invoice and all associated backup could be improved. The tickets could be batched digitally using a PDF program, and then a coversheet made and inserted into the file. The file could then be sent to the client. There are sometimes when certain shops are busy and need additional manpower but there seems to be a lack of support in general across the company if other shops are slower and have available manpower.

At the top would be the team I work with, they make the good days better and the tough days easier. Additionally, the feeling of having job security is valuable.

Continuous improvement should be a top priority for all; I couldn't limit it to a singular item. We should all be looking for ways to improve ourselves and how we execute our work at all times
