Pros
Good Peers. Good knowledge about industry if you are willing to learn on your own Sabyasachi Saha is good and can teach you a lot.
Cons
Poor Manager. (If Ankit Bose if your manager, God save you!) Poor HR support as the team is completely dependent on CEO and founder. No scope to grow and learn. No prior information about KRA changes. No time management. I worked for 10-12 hours and took meetings beyond my office hours without any extra compensation. No Yearly bonus. No Puja bonus. Much problem with leave structure. No Hybrid work policy. Stupid Dressing code rules for Women. Unnecessary Politics.
