.Now-a-days salary credited on time .Some HRs will be approachable and few teammembers and seniors might be good.CEO is good and even projectmanagers are approachable to some extent.
Cons
.It should be renamed as "Teluguwave" company instead of Techwave. If you are nontelugu guy they wo not have professionalism for you.Everyone in the team will speak Telugu even business requirement as well will be discussed in Telugu. They will hire you from MNCs and later start comparing you with Ameerpet students.Full Telugu Raj and partiality towards Telugu people.I worked as a part of Bigword team and was delivering my best.They harassed me like anything and I had no way then than resigning.Till now 3 months over and they did not pay my full settlement amount as well.I escalated about telugu speaking culture to scrummaster and as per my scrummaster since another member do not know good english and can not speal English so they are speaking in Telugu(Funny logic).Scrummasters are also nontechnical person,a scrummaster who do not know .net core or .net framework will lead,manage and provide estimation to client(dump decision)
