Pros

Tecra is a product based company with around 150 employees. I joined as fresher and worked for almost 4 and half years, got to learn a lot of things. you will get your salary on time.

Cons

1) For freshers they will ask for 3yrs bond and they exclude 6months of training, means total 3.6 yrs of bond. 2) They take Certificates(never give your original docs) and checks for bond surety 3) Timings - 9 hours is mandatory, even if you go for a tea break in office cafeteria also time is not counted. 4) Worst HR's not supportive for employees, they are management puppets. 5) In product project, if anyone resigns they will show them hell, they will make them serve more than actual notice period(3 months). Product project manager, he should change his way of mindset towards employees, you are also a employee of Tecra, behave yourself employees are not your slaves. He behaves as if he is the MD, MD should take care of him else you should close your company bcz of him. 6) Leaves are every less 7) For every hike they will mention, will give good next time this time company is not doing good. 8) Support staff is not good, need to improve 9) They can not even provide AC to employees in summer, even if take the matter to higher management they will on AC for few days and again it's normal. Even Fans should be shared, some will not work, some have rotation problem, summer will be gone but they keep on saying will get the things done.

Pros

Lovely offices, most managers are great. Helpful to H1B processes.

Cons

Issues ignored or back burnered. Minimal Management direction and antiquated processes in finance and HR. Antiquated systems in some departments. Family run, meaning no accountability for some. Perfection is championed. Forward momentum continually thwarted by competing priorities, priorities are undefined or consistently changing without communication.
