Pros
I guess it's a decent learning experience working here, but the toxic managers make it hard to even recommend someone to apply for a position here.
Cons
Managers are control freaks, micromanaging employees' every action. They demand a lot from you and force you to perform tasks outside your job description. It's also nearly impossible to get any raises or get promoted because they try to find any reason to deny you getting one.
