Career advancement, positive and rewarding culture, talented and experienced sales workforce

Cons

Fluid sales territory adjustments, transfer of business was handled just 'okay' as it related to helping people map their plan post-acquisition to negate into IBM roles.

    Pros

    All departments are divided into small group. It's a good place to learn new skills. People are very friendly and the work conditions are relaxed which always helps. A good place to start from.
    A bit hectic sometimes but also provides job satisfaction . It is a global organization with a humble attitude. People do move across. One can Learn alot of skills

    Cons

    Moving between departments is very difficult unless someone leaves and has to be replaced very quickly.
    HR visibility is next to none.
    No emphasis on career development as such.
    Salaries are not up to a general standard.

    Advice to Management

    Do not get involved between employee emotions and global policies. Policies are in place to standardize and lower the overall costs.
