Benefits and money! Challenging and problem solving on every call.

Cons

Disgruntled calls that shave your soul with negativity. This job is mentally and emotionally draining.

Advice to Management

Happy employees are productive employees. Choose your clients wisely.

    Pros

    career wise staying with teleperformance is recommended, can apply for job bid from one department to another as long as your metrics are good. mandatory overtime i guess goes the same to all call center company. great call center environment, with my 5 year stay managers are great, friendly and approachable superiors.

    Cons

    compensation offered is a little low compare to other company and to your job descriptions

    Pros

    The company really supports their customers and workers.
    They really care for you.
    Easy to grow inside it.
    You feel really supported.

    Cons

    The work itself makes the stress grow.
    If you are following a career, you fill as if you weren't growing for good, unless you're a merchant or something of the sort.

    Advice to Management

    Thank you, but it really does bring too much stress.
