Benefits and money! Challenging and problem solving on every call.

Cons

Disgruntled calls that shave your soul with negativity. This job is mentally and emotionally draining.

Advice to Management

Happy employees are productive employees. Choose your clients wisely.

    I have been working at Teleperformance full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Colleagues are good to work with. In my unit, the the account was stable.

    Cons

    Managers and Directors lack vision and foresight. Experience could have been better if there had been a career path, how to get to next level. as it were, you only got promoted if you sucked up to the boss. if someone left, they gave you additional load but no additional pay.

    Advice to Management

    Change management. Keep workforce but with better leadership.

    Pros

    career wise staying with teleperformance is recommended, can apply for job bid from one department to another as long as your metrics are good. mandatory overtime i guess goes the same to all call center company. great call center environment, with my 5 year stay managers are great, friendly and approachable superiors.

    Cons

    compensation offered is a little low compare to other company and to your job descriptions
