Consistent hours, plenty of overtime available, and some advancement opportunities.

HR is awful, low/non competitive wages, horrible benefits

    Cons

    Too much is expected of the supervisors. Not much recognition for a job well done.

    Appreciate your supervisors as much as you do your agents.

    I have been working at Teleperformance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    excelllent Supervisors and co workers that are tenured are awesome.

    Cons

    Benefits, pay and extras are just not there.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who want to show up for work. Older workforce. Spend more time in training to get that workforce that will be dedicated to the products and the jobs. Hiring 18 year old kids who still live at home does not provide an incentive to come to work on a regular basis and not just move on to the next call center.
