    I worked at Teleperformance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They pay on time and there are a high personnel rotation, hence, there are many opportunities to grow

    Cons

    Benefits come after 90 days of employment, depending on the department you are, you may have a lot of pressure, for example, with Verizon Fios if your call lasts longer than 10 min, your supervisor starts to bother you.

    Advice to Management

    This company could have better people working if salaries were better and of course admission policies were different.

    They have good incentives programs.

    Cons

    They rushed some of their lower management to the floor, leaving little time to develop proper management qualities.

    Advice to Management

    They should be more choosy when hiring managers in a "rush to expand the call center" situation, even if they have to go outside of the company for them.
